Gnome Chompski will be in space [Gnome alone achievement]

I've just noticed that a new achievement got added to the game, someone has any clue about it, a new update is coming?

-------- The achievement can be obtainable by just opening the game and load any map, since it trigger by real date from our Pc.------

Gabe Newell, president of gaming company Valve, is launching a 3D-printed, titanium gnome into space later this month to thank New Zealand for its hospitality during the pandemic.

It doesn't unlock by just opening the game. You have to start any map.

Yeah, I thought so, but some players need to also open a map... well both methods work that what's matters
