Er, you do understand tc's specs murder this game? Why the hell should tc lower settings exactly?
Tc, are talking about an actual online lag, or frames per second?
Actually, some setting in the game isn’t well optimized for some laptop/desktop. Turn down anti aliasing, and then turn all setting off, Experiments, try new setting. Worked for me in L4D1. Had stuttering but fixed it by going to medium. Disappointed, but it’s better than unstable 140 FPS.
Unless, tc means ping, not fps. Lets wait for response
But laptop or not, only setting that might cause some fps issues with tc's specs, would be 1980x1080 + 8xAA and some forced stuff from drivers.
sometime it freaks out with newer driver
Sounds unlikely. Still using source engine, and i doubt that Ati or Nvidia would ♥♥♥♥ up their drivers so bad it would make L4D2 unplayable.
I put the game on the lowest settings and it still lags. I've had similar problems with cry of fear but it is a separate issue entirely... (that issue I fixed by installing an OLDER graphics card, because this one doesn't have good OpenGL support.)
I have latest drivers on everything. My last conclusion would be a memory leak but I have 16GB RAM and my computer had not even been booted for an hour when I loaded the game up, so it seems unlikely.
"Lag" is generally only used to describe a high latency (high ping) internet connection. Instead, use the term "low FPS" or "low framerate." Can you tell us the framerate you're getting as well as what resolution you're using?
Whatever is happening is not lag, because thats online related stuff. Does enemies teleport or freeze or something?
If the delay on inputs, turn off Vsync. Vsync always causes input lag, but the source engines is far worse than any I have ever experienced.
*laugh in arkham knight port*
I only played Asylum and City (alway meant to play knight and never got round to it. I might even own it).
The Vsync wasn't too bad in those from what I remember.
Both game isn’t still a good PC port. Arkham Asylum struggle on newer AMD system. Arkham City have terrible utilization of DirectX11 engine. Arkham Origins was just “okay” port. Arkham Knight was the WORST of all.
