replace "g" with any key you want and "hello world" with any message
If yes: They use a Vocalizer, you can find them in the workshop or other mod hosting websites. It is not possible to bind voice lines to a specific key anymore, only via Vocalizer.
If no: I don't really know what you mean by "play a sound", could you elaborate?
