The screen sharking for the bot when hes "friendly firing" is an indicator telling u that ur in a line of fire of someone else, since bot cant deal damage to the player so player won't know they are in front of the bot.
The screen shake wont happen if player is being fired by another player, cuz theres hp deduction, blood and character quotes to indicate that u are being fired at.
For the zombies, i only experienced being slowed down when attacked by a zombie, same purpose to indicate the player is being attacked. But if the whole "being attack by zombie and the screen shake" thing do exist i think it might serve the same purpose. Even though until now i still think its a higher chance that this scenario happened to u :
u are in front of the bot, and in front of u is another zombie, the zombie attacks u and the bot try to shot the zombie, but since the bot cant damage u so ur sceen shakes, but the bullet went passed u and killed the zombie, which might made u think the zombie makes ur screen shakes
The fake recoil applied to left 4 dead 2 weapons that just tilts your screen up can be disabled by individually removing it from each weapon script.
There are various cvars that can disable some of the shakes caused by things like explosive barrel, pipe bomb explosion, tank walking, and some special infected abilities.
There is no known way disable impact screen shakes caused by being hit by a common infected or shot by a teammate.
The only mod i've seen to include all of these things is pre packaged with a overhaul to increase the game's difficulty, but I don't know if you would have any interest in it.
So as long as you don't play on local servers with commands and such you're out of luck.
