How can i Kick with other key?,not f1

Well on my laptop,f1 makes the screen darker so i cant push F1 to Kick someone

I tried
Bind "kp_plus" "+Kick"
The Game still says that i have to push F1 to vote yes to Kick.

Same with the f2 to vote no
