According to this mod, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=410726312 it cannot be done.

You should post in the addon forum though. Maybe someone there knows more.

You should be able to find all the audio tracks regarding Keith with a file explorer, though.

WELL im already using that one but i need some stories about my buddy keith couse i saw some guys using voice lines with a radar

Keep in mind though that Ellis' stories are part of the "limited use" menu, so it cannot work on Valve official servers.

So me and my buddy Keith decided to head over to the L4D2 Discussion board, Keith thought it would be a nice idea to make a thread complaining where he got kicked for being AFK and OH MAN did the community tear his butt apart. I mean at first, it was all fun and games, but then it got serious. Keith started to make threats to some people, and then the moderators came along and deleted those comments, then he came back and made a boycott thread against the moderators, but this time Keith went all ham'! He--

Just import that video to 3rd party apps for mic spamming.. spamming that in online l4d1 campaigns was hilarious xD
