Can you guys recommend me some fun mutation for me and my brother to play ?

Not a mutator but I would suggest trying to duo survival maps it can be both very frutrating and also extremely fun!

headshot mutation, and use sniper rifle only, whether its the hunting rifle or military, or even one of the secret hidden weapons Counter strike source, doesn't matter as long as its a sniper rifle.

I can recommend you and your friend to play two solos without bots, it is with this mod pack of mutations:

And you select "two-players mutations" and there you will have several types of duo mutations.

Or in another case there are more custom mutations.
