Any form of mod manager?

Going through the mod manager in game and selecting or deselecting each one individually is such a pain. Is there a mod manager?

No sorry that's not what I meant. I mean I want to disable a bunch of mods at the same time instead of clicking the checkbox on each and every one.

You can create a collection and assemble all your mods so quickly to install and uninstall.

Passed the executables through virustotal.com and seems ok.
Hasn't been updated since July 2020, but still a definite improvement over the in-game MOD menu.
