You dont really need dedicated people for it, just make a normal game and start on the finale of sacrifice and wait until you get four people an simply ask if you can start them at the same time. There is very limited if any infected before you start the generators.

Yes, but the problem is someone coming in, because I already did it, and it took a lot and nobody came

I did at random..when playing with pubs, "hey lets turn on all at the same time"..
Always works..
