invisible objects ??

I'm getting a lot of invisible stuff lately. Most times it's just a missing wall etc, but I just fell into an invisible hole. I knew I was in a hole when I tried shooting my way out. So that was the end of that game.
Anyone else getting this and is there a reason, like conflicting add0ns is the cause?

I remember that I happened a long time ago and suddenly everything became invisible to me, all the survivors and infected (I could barely see their glitter). And I stayed as if I was walking all empty and more than the map.

The last time I had downloaded this pack of the infected:

And the moment I notice that when I get invisible, I look at the console and I get several error messages.

Error CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range)
Error CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range)
Error CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range)
Error CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range)
Error CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range)

Then I checked if it was a problem of those mods and I do not know if it was the molten tank or something else. What if I change other mods and it works perfectly.

I do not know if something similar happened to you.

There are some error logs in the console, but not for the games I was playing - and a warning about conflicting files in the addons checker. I don't have any mods at the moment. I'll play around a bit and see if it happens on other maps.
