Bhop script

Hello I want to know if the bhops script are forbiden in public on l4d2, it's not disturbing others and I like bhop so I wanted to know.

Nothing stopping you in the vanilla game, though some servers will have plugins that try (with varying levels of success) to stop bhop scripting.

The vast majority of players wont appreciate it very much though as it is flat out cheating.

No one will care in campaign aslong as you stick with your team. Huge advantage for both sides in VS and will be pretty apparent since its fairly rare to see someone that cant hit more than 3 in a row naturally.

Yes bunny hopping is cheating and i kick everyone who does it in my games. No matter the mode.

Just learn to bhop without a script, it's really not hard, you can master the timing if you actually put effort in.

Also it's actually useful ingame to keep up with others when low on health, I bhop alot in campaign so I don't have to heal due to being slow and can reserve medkits in expert.
Don't abuse it and solo rush, or you'll go in the trash.

Isn't the wait command not present in L4D2? I'd have to check as I'm not sure. But it is present in L4D1.

Bhopping is so easy, just bind your MouseWheelUp as a jump function and learn to time it, I can land an easy 10 consecutive hops without failing.

I have a couple scripts that use the wait command, and it works without issue. Then again i don't know ♥♥♥♥ about programming so it may be different.
