How to block lewd 4 dead servers?

lewd is so unbalanced and stupid. i started to get into it and play survivor, but it's just a safe space for really crappy players. i suppose the upside is that it keeps these idiots from ruining competitive versus as much.

anyway, the only real way to block it is to:

1) enable console
2) learn how to disconnect from servers using console
3) go to https://www.gametracker.com/search/?search_by=name_ip&query=lewd&game=left4dead2&loc=US&sort=&order=
4) add any IPs listed by the lewd (or any other crap servers; looking at you DLR) servers to your windows firewall (or whatever your preferred firewall is) and block connection to the IP
5) remember the console? when you connect to these servers, you'll sit in limbo because dumbass valve wont let you control when you time out of servers. you'll sit in limbo for like 2 minutes before it times out if you don't immediately check your console for an inability to connect to the desired server
6) when sitting in limbo, disconnect using console

i've been doing this for years. takes a little ingenuity and you have to not be a feeble moron at using a computer, but it works.

I think this only works for Lewd 4 Dead, in Hentai Rape it just causes massive lag until everyone is booted to the lobby.

LMAO! That works! (unlike idiots who "assume" what works, i quickly tested this..)

The only problem is that it's not universal to all their servers which makes local IP ban a better option, but LMAO that's GREAT! I HATE LEWD, HENTAI, AND DLR!!!

Remote Control, it is how admins log in to do stuff on the server. What you are doing when you spam "rcon" is attempting to log in, which is why it causes lag when spammed and why many custom servers auto ban you if you use rcon too many times.

Helps prevent lag and someone trying to brute force the login
