How do i stop my second monitor interfering with L4D? everytime i quickly move the mouse left and click it minimizes the game and it takes about 10 seconds for the window to load back up.
I dont want to unplug my monitor i'm just asking if there is any seetings to di with it

Go to video settings and change window setting to window borderless or something like that..

More people have more than one monitor and games have that feature now

I would be interested in any posts here as i seem to be experiencing a similar problem.

since ive attached a 2nd monitor, whenever i play l4d2 i get framerate stutter in game when using extended desktop. Not sure if it has any relevance, but when i set the displays to clone, it renders the game on both montors without any stutter at all.

Play in borderless window instead. That way you can also minimize and restore in ½ sec.
