Is there any way to increase Character voice volume only?

I installed voice pack and the volume is so low...
I increase game sound and installed 'reduce gun sound mode', but it crashed another mode :(
So, I'm looking for a way to increase character voice volume only.

Please help me!!

But I can't hear the voice because of loud gun sound
And I have a problem with 'reduce gun sound mode'...
So, I think increase character voice volume is only way to solve this problem

Drag all of them into Audacity and amplify them by however much you need.

Oops, I misunderstood that there is a character voice control somewhere.
Hum...Maybe I use 'reduce gun sound mode' even though it crash another mode...
