Like, an AutoHotkey macro? I'd GUESS not unless it's a clearly cheaty macro (which you shouldn't use in multiplayer to begin with).
But I don't think VAC bans are issued on stuff like a key rebind macro to (for example) use a gaming mouse's extra buttons as they were keyboard keys. Shouldn't at least, it'd be punishing users for having fancy hardware :P
BUT, this is purely speculation, I have no idea on the factual data.

No, now if you have a cheat engine up and running or something of that nature than yeah you can get a vac ban. I highly doubt you can get a vac for using your macro keys on your keyboard.

My friend used macros in CS:GO without getting banned, so you should be fine.

.dll injections are one of the only few things that would vent you a VAC. TAS and Macro is legal.
