Ladder blocking

Where do you stand on this?

Ladder blocking is when an si will stand on the head of a survivor climbing a ladder preventing them from climbing up.

Some of my friends frown on this to the point they have outlawed it in our matches.

To me though i think its fair for 2 reasons....

1. Infected have a limited toolkit and i see it as one of there weapons.

2. Its easily countered by having one guy at the bottom of the ladder aiming up.

What do you guys think?
Is ladder blocking fair game or a cheap tactic?

althought I don't playing a single match of versus, I think this is fair for the SI team, in the bund of SI only charger is the only one tough enough to go frontal assault while other can be killed easily from far or close, and beside all the ladder is in the open so doing that in SI team is just too much risky of being in a bullet hell zone

True thats how i feel, the places it can be a real pain in the ass are the enclosed ladders like the one on no mercy at the end of the sewer and parish coming up into the alarm car field.

I actually think it takes something away from those parts. Makes all 4 rushing up and out too easy and nobody can block to cover the pinned one or two.

Any experienced players can easily counter ladder blocking.

I actually said this in one of our games and everyone just went quiet so i gave up lol

Good to see im not the only one who thinks its fair. Ima try and talk about it next game.

The irony is these particular friends play with t2 weapons, which im not against or anythin. But i play also with t1 only guys and they dont mind ladder blocking at all haha
