That's viewmodel fov, not actual fov.

The only way to get a higher fov without any "cheats" or sketchy programs is to use mat_setvideomode and choose a widescreen aspect ratio. I use "mat_setvideomode 1900 700 1" and get around 120 to 130 fov. It will only work in windowed mode btw, unless you have a multi monitor setup.

The command to change field of view is "cl_fov"; however, it is an unlisted command, and can only be used with Sourcemod installed on your client, which means local servers only. Here is "cl_fov" set to 150. http://i.imgur.com/YoafFYO.jpg

Do you want to say that the command "cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 90" is banned from the developer console? Because I know that today that command is correct.

Are you slow? Viewmodel fov doesn't have anything to do with actual field of view. It just changes the fov of your viewmodel, aka your gun and arms. The higher it is, the farther away the arms and weapons are. If you wanna change your actual field of view, aka how much of your surroundings you can see you're outta luck unless you use the command that I listed above or play on a server with cheats enabled.

I don't know why the recording has such a weird grayish tone to it, but whatever. You get the point.

Is it supposed that calling me slow has insulted me? Anyway the OP did not specify at the time to which it was referring exactly.

Slow down we do not understand.

Yeah, I bet he totally asked for viewmodel fov and not actual fov in mind.
