Ban player from the game

There is a votekick feature, but you'll need the majority vote.

Maybe this person used this and put the ban command to maybe annoy or something like that.

you need to run a local server (easy) or set up a dedicated one (harder), then you can easily kick/ban players without a vote.

a quick google search will tell you how.

You can kick people from the game. You can also go to that person's profile, and in the drop down menu on the top right, choose "block all communication". This is supposed to keep them from joining any games you are in. It isn't perfect and they can still join you, but I haven't run into anyone that I have blocked before so it works for me.
