-heapsize <kilobytes> Specifies the heapsize (in kilobyte) the game will use. This no longer exists on the Source 2009.

-threads has no description.

-nod3d9ex dont exist.

-16bpp - Forces 16-bit color mode (bit depth)

-noaafonts dont exist

don't use the -threads launch option if you don't know what it does. it's hard to explain but it has somthing to do with your cpu cores

-sw -novid -nojoy -console -verbose -lv -threads 4

Make sure you put -left4dead2 in your launch options. It tends to give a terrible experience if you don't.
