Remove mods?

I've subscribed to a mod. Now I can't find it anywhere. It's some weapon pack. Gives mp5 and SG550 from cs. Want to remove it but I can't find it with other mods. Can someone help me?

yeah sure, go to workshop and see what you have subscribed.

Yes, at the top of these forum pages, click Workshop.

On the right, you will see Your Workshop Files.

It's not there.. did try everything I can. I will have to delete everything and then install it again. ><

Check what the addon image looks like (find the addon in workshop), then go to find the "addons" folder from l4d2 game files. Once you find that addon's image file from there, remove that image, and also there should be a .vpk file in there as well, using the very same name.

If you have removed those 2, you do not have the addon anymore. If the addon appears there once again, then it means you haven't unsubscribed from the addon.

Go to your profile, then go to "WORKSHOP ITEMS" on the right, then go to "SUBSCRIBED ITEMS"

All Workshop mods are listed there.

by the way, I'm pretty sure the mod you're talking about is "CSS Unlocker"

Done it, and still.. Searched for Addons in l4d2 directory, and searched it on Subscribed items.. Nothing. It must be CSS stuff. Mp5, SG, Awp.. I have all of that weapons. ><

If you have subscribed from the workshop :

Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop/

If you re-install l4d2. You uninstall it first the right way through steam, then make sure addons folder from left game files have been removed.
Then install the game, and addons that you have SUBSCRIBED to, will automatically download and install when you open the game, but that will take a while when it does that.

If you have some non-workshop addons, then I recommend you to save them manually first somewhere else, and then move those back.

Why do they have to complicate stuff like this... >< Must uninstall it then. Didn't add any mods besides the ones from steam..

Go into your addons list and click view in workshop.
