Need touch every interactive item in the game.
I'm not sure - in-time one walkthrough or not.

Seems impossible to touch every single item in one playthrough, but as far as I can tell, I've touched everything at least once. This is kind of frustrating.

You can't click them all in one play, so you have to do it in many. However, if you load up a save or just click items, then quit, it won't register. You need to complete your play-throughs.

Also, make sure you have checked everything, even in the wallet ;-)

hmm there's only 6 items in the wallet, right? I'm pretty certain I've clicked all the items and still not getting it. Does fast forwarding or clicking through the dialog make it not trigger?

I've gone through at least 8 playthroughs, all the way to the end in one game session, and I made sure to have touched at least each of the available items in each screen (left, middle, right). Still no True Detective achievement. Every time I picked up the wallet I've viewed all SIX items. Or are there more hidden in the wallet?

Sounds like you both have searched the wallet... There are smaller items, such as the clothes pile, make-up, laptop, sock etc.

Skipping forward will not stop you getting it, but the achievement registers after your search time has ended (so don't exit too early).

so I played again this game always from the beginning till the end using skipping forward.

I checked all below items (using spoiler text) and still no achievement pop-up.
I'm a missing something? as I don't think so.

I did the same as @Dieder and no achievement. Are we missing something? I really want to max out the game.

I'm the same. I've gone through every single one of these items listed more than once. I've got all the achievements except for this one. I gone through and completed at least 10-15 playthroughs, but no matter what I do, I can't get this last one. Is there something I'm missing @Kinmoku? I spent 4-5 playthroughs meticulously going through and selecting everything I was able to just to be sure I didn't miss anything, but I'm at a loss. ) 8

Hi all, are you making sure once you've clicked everything that you're letting the game continue? The achievement registers after your search time (when the woman returns). If it's still not unlocking after this, let me know.

@Kinmoku Yes that's right! I played 4-5 additional games with just the purpose of making sure I'd clicked all of the items and then completed the game with them (I didn't know you could just wait until she came back).

Please update the game and try again. The achievement can now register when the game launches! So if you have clicked all the items, it should register on launch. If it doesn't, please let me know.

Still didn't work for me. I've clicked every item again, at least all of what a couple of posters listed and waited for her to come back, still nothing.
