Please help, stuck in the Void Tower
After the long, difficult climb with spiky balls, I went right to save. My problem is I need to go back left to get the key, but I don't understand how I can pass the second room left of the save room, with fire spitting heads. When I went through this room on my way to the save room, I used my water flask, and now I just can't go back with only three life points... I really don't see how I can escape all the flames that are thrown left and right. :ShockedOtus:
Am I missing something? Can I neutralize the heads? If not I'll just have to restart the game from the beginning, or rather give up. :steamfacepalm:

This room is very challenging going from right to left. We recorded a GIF to help you. Keep trying! (We're probably changing this room in a patch. Making it a bit easier to go back)

Instead of bubbling at the end of that gif you can also make a green block at the edge of that step, then use it to get on the ledge and then create a green block behind you so the fourth turret doesn't blast you in the rear while you're walking the rest of the way down it, like what happened there.

Thank you for the gif and aknowledging the issue. I tried maybe 20 times yesterday and I'm not sure I will be able to make it... Especially if I still have to get the key after that, which may need a few tries as well. ^^' By the way, is it ok if I don't have a star next to the block and the bubble?

I had planned to publish a review on Wednesday (or at least next week) and I intended to give the game a very high score because (so far) I think it is excellent. That is also why I was kind of puzzled by that room because level design has been quite flawless so far (except maybe a part in the first dungeon with spikes on a very low ceiling - but they don't kill you instantly so it's no big deal)... Usually I try to beat a game before I publish a review, so maybe I'll start a new game just in case.

I just managed to cross the room (with just one life point left) and I went back to the previous save room before exiting the dungeon to get water. :steamhappy:
It probably took me 30+ tries though, and I always get hit by the second fire spitting head - I don't understand how you manage to jump and crouch just in front of the flame in your gif... :ShockedOtus:

I don't want to spoil anything so let me just tell you that at this part of the game (Void Tower) you don't need to have it (yet), you can do everything important in the Tower without it :)

This room is meant to teach the player there's a low jump. Just tap the jump button lightly and you'll make it through that room without getting hurt. I've been noticing a few people are struggling with that since it's not really explained anywhere that there's a small jump. We'll see if we can explain this better somehow.

Well, I had to master the low jump anyway for the second dungeon where there are spiky balls... But for some reason, I went back to the first dungeon and still got hit in that spot... ^^

That's strange, what controller are you using? Maybe the sensitivity is the issue? I didn't have any problem using a PS4 controller, and there are a few more times in the game where you have to be able to jump into a duck to avoid something.

I'm using a PS4 controller (d-pad). One of the things that make it more difficult is that it's not possible to crawl. I just cleared the third dungeon and I'm visiting the previous ones to find more orbs and items...

This room should have been patched to probably move or remove that top firing thingy. I'm doing a replay of the game and that's outrageously unfair. Even the gif shows it's almost impossible to not get hit.

We patched it already so now there's a way to get around that room by going one room up and fall down back into that room without having passing through all those shooting enemies.
