Update on blocked achievements

Hello Everyone !

I'm still not having the 2 achievements :
- 10 hours (got 13 hours of playing in steam)
- Can't get garbage day eventhough I have all items, 10 000 appeal score and the 2 events running : No one buys anything and therefore, no trash...

Is it fixed ? Did someone got them? If yes how?

My game is updated and yet ...
