Mods with the .gt3ext extension are installed using the game updater utility (click on the version string in the top right corner of the screen in the main menu). Press "Install", browse to the mod file, press "Play".

SmallArmsPlus V16 updated 13/05/18

This sound mod originally focused mainly on small arms but has developed though a year of play on Mius Front to include almost everything else - revamped incoming artillery and explosions - bullet zips - shot trail offs- guns of almost every caliber to name but a few.
The result is pretty emersive, dramatic and cinematic.

I made this mod using the latest tools. Installation is outlined in the manual...and also below!

- put the gt3 file on you desktop or any location you remember
- start the game and open Update on the main screen (the version number top right of screen)
- press install and navigate to the gt3 file & ok it.
- make sure you press play to make it load.
- done

New Sound mod: American Weapons included

Variety is the spice of life, so I thought to add a new sound mod in addition to small arms plus (another GREAT mod, btw).

This mod is a combination of sounds that other modders have made publicly available and free to edit for Mius. Many sounds are from Vaposm, but many are not. I also added some slight enhancements to make the weapons sound more full. NEW U.S. weapons are also included, and you can hear them in the youtube vid below. Please note that the MG34 and 42 had the wrong bitrate in previous versions and did not sound right. This is now corrected.

To install, click on the very top right in version number from main menu, from box that pops up click install, and find where you saved the gt3ext file (named expanded vaposm for tunisia) and select it. Be sure it is enabled, and above other mods. Enjoy

RukiSoundMod

This mod aims to be as authentic and immersive as possible. If possible, sound samples of real weapons are used or at least something which comes close.

If you combine it with other sound mods make sure that RukiSoundMod is on top of the load order in order to overwrite the gun sound with pure satisfaction.

Disclaimer: This mod is mainly for GT Mius-Front. Be aware that not all sounds from TW are implemented right now.
