Needing Help (Ouster/Vamp builds)

I play a Ouster and Vampire
their both melee ala Combat Ouster and simpyl a STR/DEX vamp

but as i look at other players i have never seen a single combat ouster or STR/DEX vamp
its either full INT vamp or full DEX vamp... i see so far and Ousters feel like nothing but pure INT ousters.... are combat ones not good?

i was planning on running 150 STR / Rest into Dex Ouster and was debating the same for my vampire....

any advice on this would be great i woulda loved to focus purely on a PVE setup but being theres no way around confrontation with other races i figure a PVE only setup would be terrible

so please any seasoned Ousters/Vamps help a newbie out ;-;

from what ive seen, its more worth it to build those builds....because the other builds would require less common gear... more work... things like this. doesnt mean itd suck ass
e:this server isnt that old... june i think? not everyone is stacked to their necks in money, so those common builds are just the way to go.. just like making a sorc on d2 resets

so i guess it would be a better idea to delete them and remake to pure INT builds? or simply weather the storm? i dont plan to really play full time its sorta a off hand time killer for other games like WoW and my ps4 know what i mean?

for combat go full dex, cause dex increases your accuracy agaisnt other melee classes,
and int is for pure magical dmg.

Wont that make your dmg crazy weak with no STR? Or i guess gear makes up for that?

yeah but youll also be hard as ♥♥♥♥ to kill...i wouldnt do that on ousters vamp, they have so much mobility that there is no reason to not just kite everything
e:some skills benefit more from dex then str and other factors, so check what skill u r using and what u like
