Today is a very special day for us. We're celebrating the first anniversary of Livber: Smoke and Mirrors with the biggest update we've ever made for the game!

Throughout this past year, we continued developing Livber regardless of its sales, doing our best to preserve our indie spirit. We added new features, fixed bugs, listened to our players, and fulfilled our promises one by one.

And today, we're incredibly happy to finally bring Livber to the version we always envisioned.

We've recorded voice acting for every single line of dialogue, from beginning to end. You can now hear Lilith, Elbek, and all our other characters come to life, experiencing the story in a completely new way.

This was one of the most time-consuming parts of the update. Bringing our characters to life while preserving Livber's literary storytelling and dark atmosphere was incredibly important to us. We really hope you'll love the result as much as we do.

To celebrate our first anniversary, we've also prepared two brand new DLCs for those who want to explore more of Livber's story and world. And yes, one of them is completely free!

We've created new content for players who want to dive deeper into our story and uncover the secrets hidden within Livber.

• Reworked Illustrations: We've completely revisited many scenes throughout the game, creating much more refined visuals while preserving Livber's original atmosphere.

• Steam Deck Support: You can now experience Livber on your Steam Deck!

• New Languages: With Chinese, Russian, and Spanish localization, we're hoping to bring Livber's story to even more players around the world.

• Gameplay Improvements: We've made various gameplay, interface, and quality-of-life improvements based on your feedback.

• Steam Community Items: You can now earn Trading Cards, craft badges, and collect community items such as emoticons and profile backgrounds. These will become available over the coming weeks.

• First Anniversary Player Statistics: We're taking a look back at our first year, exploring the choices our players made and everything that happened in Livber.

Livber was the very first step in our journey as InEv Games. We can't thank everyone who walked this path with us enough. From now on, we'll continue bringing you even deeper, more literary stories from the universe of Gaia.

And speaking of that, we'd love to invite all of you to the upcoming Open Beta Playtest of our second game, Kardiya: The Winds of Fate! If you haven't already, don't forget to send a Playtest Request through its Steam page. And please consider following our Steam Developer Page to stay updated on our future projects.

Once again, thank you to everyone who played Livber, wrote a review, recommended it to friends, reported bugs, helped with translations, or simply followed our journey throughout this first year.

Maybe Livber didn't sell millions of copies. But to us, it became something far more meaningful. Being able to share a world we created with people from all around the world, and reading their thoughts about our story, is truly priceless.

Looking back at how far we've come since starting this journey a year ago makes us genuinely happy.

Now, we'd like to invite you back into the renewed streets of Livber. This time, our characters' voices will accompany you along the way.

We're so glad you're here. And we're so glad you became part of this story.

Happy first anniversary, Livber! <3
