also can't find any configs to change resolution within game directory.
* Update
Actually resolution doesn't matter. I've done as the OP bringing the game windowed mode by using -windowed command. That way everything looks normal. Went to options, changed to my native monitor resolution (2560x1440). However then exiting the game, removing -windowed flag and launching the game again still bring the same result - the game's left upper corner is stretched across entire screen, making impossible to see menu and everything else.
Same here i have the same issue hella annoying lol
1. Set Launch options to "-windowed"
2. Launched the game
3. Set it to my computer's native resolution and fullscreen window, then applied and accepted.
-The fullscreen window was important to my computer, because setting it to fullscreen didn't do anything
4. exit and reset launch options to blank.
5. Restart the game
6. If it worked should be in windowed fullscreen with native resolution and you can change it to fullscreen from there if you wish.
Hope this helps others. If not, I'm sorry....

I don't think it has anything to do with how "crappy" our computers are and does have to do with initial configuration of the application when it was first downloaded. I don't blame the devs on this one and was simply trying to find a work around, which I did, and possibly help others having the same issue.
Communities can work together to find solutions and it is beyond me why you felt the need to berate others for their problems. Thank you for your input however and have a nice day.
Also, thank you Scapes for giving possible solutions to this matter. It is much appreciated. ^_^
Then here is where i had to change the instructions to make it work. I right clicked on otherlandclient-Win 64-Shipping exe- itself and use the Windows tool to change how the platform opens. I selected properties/combatibility/ then selected the deselct disable display scaling on high DPI setting. and checked Apply. I also went into the Steam propteries on the game and selected the windowed setting. So now when i start the game it all runs normally. Hope this helps.
