Game not fitting on screen

I know there is a zero percent chance of someone seeing this but I have a HUGE problem.

When trying to the play the game the entire "game play screen" is not on my screen.
Like it is not showing all of the stuff.
I know that they rushed to make this but come on. and also when I try to change the settings that wont work either

I had the same issue i fixed it buy changing my monitor resolutions from my windows settings
