For now, you can go to "Anomalies > Properties > Local Files" and click "Browse Local Files"
Find the "settings.cfg" file and delete it. Now, when you start Anomalies, it should have the default settings.
To change to full screen, first, you will need to find a screen size that is smaller than your current monitor resolution, but compatible with your monitor's screen sizes. So, for instance, if your monitor is currently set to 1600 x 900, you could set Anomalies to 1280 x 720, and apply the change.
Now that the change is made, you can click on "Full Screen" and apply that. It should switch to full screen at the lower resolution (1280 x 720) assuming your monitor supports that setting.
Now that it is in full screen, you can change the resolution again, to 1600 x 900, for instance, and click apply. It should change to the higher resolution.
I know this system is not great, and I apologize for not fixing it sooner. I will try to simplify it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!
I won't refund the game since it cost me less than a cup of coffee in my country, but hopefully it will get fixed.
