Trying to launch with "optional parameters" [SOLVED]

After installing the game and the ue4 prerequisites x86 (my system is x64), I got this message when I tried to first launch the game:

It says:

Crispy Chicken is attempting to start with optional parameters below.
" "
If you didn't request this inicialization or don't know what are the options above, select "Cancel".

If I select OK, the message goes out, the game try to launch, and the message appears again. If I select Cancel, the message goes out and the game doesn't launch.

I really don't know what to do, I uninstall and install the ue4 prereq again, uninstall and install the game. I tried to find the ue4 prereq x64 but the ue4 website is a mess.

@EDIT - I just saw the patch 2 and it said that the game has 1.5 gb, and my game has only 645.4 mb. Weird.

After restarting my computer the game launched. If you have this issue, restart your computer!

Hi! The game needs 1.5 GB but Steam downloads compressed files so they are 645 mb.

Try to restart Steam and disable your antivirus, let me know if this helps)

I don't know why, but yesterday I shutdown my computer. Today I turned it on and tried to launch the game and it launched.
Probably a restart was required.
