No probably not. The game requires 4GB RAM you only have 4GB but out of that 4 some if it is already being used by the OS and other applications.

He also has integrated graphics which will use memory for iGPU from RAM. He can set the amount of memory for iGPU in BIOS menu.
Since the game requires 1GB of VRAM, he will left with 3GB for the system and 1GB for iGPU.
So yeah, his PC may struggle with this game.

EDIT: Actually he could add some RAM sticks to his system.

Tbh I don't think GPU really matters when it comes to games of this nature. Obviously integrated GPUS for graphically intense games are a no no but for games like this? yeah I think he'll be alright as far as that goes. It's just his PC is lacking RAM but like you said you can upgrade that with RAM sticks.

I have a similar configuration (a bit worse, lol). A Dual Core laptop with 3 GB RAM. I've installed an SSD, but I dont know if that help.

What I did? I Lowered game resolution to 640x480 (keeping fullscreen) and disabled V-Sync. And it's important to close all other processes (browsers mainly). The Game Mode on Windows 10 may help you (Press Winkey+G on Steam screen).

Try this. If dont work or you dont like, just request a refund.

Thanks a lot, maybe I'l buy it and play it in a new pc
Yes, you can run it.

But your video ram is too bad to run it at a normal resolution. You must tweak the resolution configuration first. Puyo Puyo Tetris requires 1 GB ram at least for 1080p, and yours it's not even dedicated. 4 GB RAM is enough but you will encounter the game will freeze while the dialogue occurs. This will not affect Gameplay (It can rarely happen).

Because you run Puyo Puyo Tetris on a Windows 10 and having 4 GB AND integrated graphics, the game can take 1 min to start.

The game is capped to play at 60 fps, and the game slows down while playing if framedrops occurs, this can be a problem while playing against the CPU and makes the game totally unplayable on online matches. Try to limit the resolution until you hit 60 fps while playing 1v1v1v1:YellowPuyo::YellowPuyo::STetrimino:.

Puyo Puyo Tetris can be forced to run it at low resolutions (Scaled) while playing full resolution (Native resolution). I found it while trying to run it on my old working laptop that have a celeron N2840 intel HD graphics with 4GB RAM but win 8.1 (No background aplications, max performance).

(I played the game for 1 month with my classmates with no problem with this config, my experience)

Steam\steamapps\common\PuyoPuyoTetris\config.ini

If your screen is 16:9 like 1366:768

<GraphicsConfig X="277" Y="161" Width="951" Height="534" FullScreen="1" Borderless="0" FullScreenWidth="768" FullScreenHeight="432" VSync="0">

Remember to add custom resolutions with 16:9 in mind.

Problems with this:
Sometimes the game can start chopped up, if that happens: options -> graphics -> move the fullscreen tab and change it to fullscreen again -> save.

Actually, i am managing to play it with the process taking 1 GB of RAM and 1 GB ov VRAM with dualcore @ 2.4GHz AMD Athlon II fairly well with almost any lags on 1400x900 ultrawide resolution..
