I Wish We Could Export Replays

Like, it'd not be that hard to do I'd imagine, or maybe at least be able to upload replays that aren't just online to be able to share somehow, like what use is a replay if I can only watch it myself?

I used to save replays of the games I lost so I could watch how my opponent beat me. But, yeah, being able to share replays would be a really nice feature.

You can capture a saved replay and upload it to YouTube. There is a bunch of tools for that, such as Nvidia ShadowPlay, Bandicam, Action, OBS, Fraps

See the thing is I can't upload videos, I don't actually have internet at home and I'm just using my mobile hotspot, slowed data, .06 Mbs down and not even .01 upload. So the video route isn't exactly doable for me....but sharing a small file through discord on my phone is much more doable, I can even do that for osu. But not this?
