Never started

I have this game now for a while and I never managed to start it. I have the Japanese Scenery too, and this is starting normal. I have had problems for a while with starting Steam games. But after repairing my hard disk and let everything start with special rights there are no problems anymore with other games. When I want to start Wild Animals the Screen went black and my lights underneath the screen are flashing, like it is trying to get input but isn´t able to. I can´t get back to normal, to Steam or ...
