And you have to rebuy them every time you reset.

Once you get over the start point, you won't even notice the costs.

yeah i have upgraded four times tonight and i just got to the point where puff puff matters so it takes abotu 3 days or so but eventualy it matters and yes they take away perma but it dosent matter just be smart about oyur puff puff purchase till you get so high it dosent matter... pun intended

Just make sure your'e going to get back more than you spend and make sure it isn't going to cost you more than you get from puff bonus.
