It seems some of the multiplier achievements are broken. 20, 30, and 850 score achievements did not unlock for me.

Seems like stats are a bit bugged. At least me and you has received that achiev :-)

Yep, it's Steam being buggy - I and all of my friends who own the game have 100% completion.[i.imgur.com]

I'd suggest using a website like AStats over Steam's completion percentages, as Steam is notoriously buggy and is heavily affected by people faking achievement completion (it's not uncommon to see achievements no-one has actually earned with 3-5% completion).
