If you think it's a bug...
1. Make sure you have the latest Operating System updates.
2. Update your graphics card drivers.
3. For performance issues, stop running any other background applications.
4. Check the "Known Issues" thread - we may already be working on it.
5. If it's still not resolved, email [e-mail] with details of the problem, steps to reproduce if possible, and your OS version. If we need anything else we'll be in touch.

If you're stuck...
1. Type hint.
2. Read the in-game help, especially the section at the end - "If You're Stuck".
3. Find or start a thread with the hint text you're getting for help.
4. If you're not getting a hint, try questioning another character. Some responses rely on others.
