Has anyone been able to unlock and upload all the cutscenes anywhere?

I've been trying lately, I've only been able to accidentally glitch my way past the final boss with Sheen and unlock the normal ending for him, I'm working my ass off to get the final 3 or so and the whatever last one for all of them? I'll try to upload them soon

my only guess is that sheen.exe but be time relevant?
maybe a halloween thing but that's also stupid

Good idea, I found some assets for the Sheen.exe cut scene but couldn't find anything in the code on how to trigger it. I'll beat the game throughout the month of October, and once during Halloween.

Another thing I want to mention is the tool I used to crack open the data.win file (Sorry Kris).
It's the UndertaleModTool by krzys_h v;0.5.1.0, here's a reddit link to the creator. Super easy to use, and has cool features; I extracted every frame of sheen as .pngs from one cut scene, he lives in his own folder now.

With this tool there is a cheat panel for debugging that you can access by changing 0s into 1s, that's how you get past the glitch where you are locked out of your items inventory. It's under the code drop-down menu named gml_Object_ctl_room_system_prep_Create_0. lines 5 and 9 are cheats and toggle unlock_all_items on line 11 to get past the inventory glitch.

Seems legit, and worked for me.

Last thing, I got a lead in the comment section where someone says they could contact Kris directly through his steam friends list. I'll ask him to proceed, hope he responds.

The truth is that it is somewhat difficult for Kris to answer you since I have had him as a friend for a month but in that month he has not connected and I have already asked him but nothing :(
