It's not advised to download from DLL sites, as it's much safer to download directly from Microsoft.

I've never had any good time with Solvusoft. Every single error they have seems to have the same steps to fix it and usually recommends downloading some program. I typically recommend that people avoid that site.
Anyway, this error is due to the C++ redistributable becoming corrupted on your computer. You can easily download these through microsoft.com at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Otherwise you can just follow these steps, as the file is already on your computer if the game is installed:
> Navigate to the Darwin intallation directory. It should be something like: "F:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Darwin Project\"
> From there go into _CommonRedist, then vcredist, then 2015
In there will be a vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe. If you have 64bit windows, which you most likely do, install the x64 one. It should ask if you want to repair the installation, do that and the error should be fixed. You may need to restart afterwards.
For future reference, whenever you're launching a game and it has a .dll error, it's almost always because one of the redistributables has become corrupted on your computer. A reinstallation will always fix it. If you get the error pretty commonly, I suggest looking into doing a sfc scan and dism scan. You can easily google these if you like, both are part of Windows and just repair system files.
