Is this game getting a revival?
Seen lot of people playing it on youtube, what happened? Have I missed something? Or is it just the new trailer that made people come back again? Because I loved this game back then but when it was hard to find matches I stopped. So seeing that it potentially is coming back to its old glory makes me happy. Someone enlighten me please, what's going on? :emofdr:

The official release is coming out this month. That could be part of it.

"coming back to it's old glory". Funny that you used these words. The game was never about to die. It just took a break to get ready for the full release. You haven't even seen Darwin Project at it's peak yet, so stay tuned for the full release this month.

I actually forgot that this game hasn't been even released yet, it was early access the whole time, lol. Glad to know that this game is about to get some attention again :steamhappy:

You aren't right. The new update and advertising will bring a playerbase larger than that back in April when the Microsoft stuff was going on.

to be honest, in my opinion darwin project deserves a playerbase as big as fortnite's, because its just different than so many battle royal games, it has its own charm and it's just smooth and fun, can't wait for the release :md_smile:

Yeah, Emblazin is cashing a hell of a check with those words. Unfortunately, I do not have any faith that this game will get more than even 1,000 players after the official release unless there's a big sale or promotional of some kind to bring people back. You aren't going to find many new players looking for a BR game.

are you sure about that buddy? because i remember all the tournaments with big streamers, the money they gave to those streamers to promote the game, everything went on marketing when the game was infested with faults xD

yeah, we did, then the company ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up, now it aint gonna be better and i suggest u dont hope for more than 2-3k players, if u think 12k players are coming back again, u must be out of ur mind xD

the player base will dwindle to nothing again if they're not consistent on weekly updates or the game becomes robust enough for people to keep playing

hopefully it can get big because i truly do enjoy playing this game
