Final Achievement "A New Story of Swords and Souls" not unlocking

So, after I got the last achievement for sealing 30 fissures, the final achievement should have popped up for me, but nothing :(

While researching I found out it happens for people who kinda cheated the save files for the Libra of Souls good and evil playthroughs to get them faster. I didn't do this, but I had a corrupted save and had to restart from scratch (a BitDefender antivirus problem with the game encrypting save files)

The thing is I completed these Libra of souls achievements in the new save alone, 2 separated characters. Until the save got corrupted I had all except the most time consuming single player mode achievements.

Is there a easier way than trial and error to see exactly which ones I need to complete again in this new save?

Final achievement popped today, after I won a ranked match with a created character. Seems like you need to have all tasks completed in the same save file to get the final achievement.

So if anybody else come to face a similar issue, what I did to fix was redoing achievements' tasks that I completed before the save got corrupted (Check the dates), starting with the easier ones.

got a corrupted save and I had to delete it , on it I had all online achievements and soul chronicles main story , I had to do them again in order to get the last achievement , the fix works 100%. Just an update for 2023 in case you got it aswell , read other threads to understand better what the glitch do.

Had the reverse issue you had, I had everything except the online achievements. I reinstalled the game after a format, found a corrupt save file so I started everything from scratch. Did ALL the online achievements first (expecting to get the final one with them) but nothing. Then I saw that I had to re-do all the other ones again so I did:

-2 separate Libra of souls playthroughs,
-ALL the characters' Soul Chronicles,
-I kept track of perfect wins/ring outs/astral fissures sealed, and
-I did the guard impacts/break attacks on versus just to be sure.

Still, nothing happens.

Last achievement does not unlocked

49th achievement supposed to be unlocked when 48th achievement unlocked.

But if your save data has restored at some point, the save data does not have complete achievement.

So you'll need to re-done the missing achievement.

Check items: Not need re-done:
MISSION: Libra of Souls: Make sure 100 weapons for True Edge Master
Soul Chronicle: Complete the main story for Creating History
Soul Chronicle: Check all base characters (not DLC char) have unlocked for A Transcendent Tale

Check items: Not need to check each as covered by above check list:
A Chosen Warrior
Their Names Shall Live On
The Stirrings of a Soul
Edge Master (covered by True Edge Master)
The Astral Fissures Beckon
The War for the World Begins
Entrusted with a Mission
Unleashing the True Sword
Farewell to a Bleak Winter
Warrior's Respite

Check items: You may need to re-done:
The Power of Partnerships: Use a mercenary in Libra of Soul.
Never Fight on an Empty Stomach: Eat some food in Libra of Soul.
Dive into the Fray: Complete one secondary mission in Libra of Soul.
No Misfortune Too Difficult: Complete 10 secondary missions in Libra of Soul.
And all other achivement

I'm having the same problem, my last achievement was "play 50 games online" and when I got it it didn't give me achievement 49, what should I do?

Same as above. You need to complete all achievement in same save file. So you need to redone the missing achievement(s).

I have 2 characters in Libra of Soul, in the first I got the vast majority of achievements and finished the blue side and with the second the red side
Do I have to do the red side with the first character?

If you have both (red/blue) side ending in same data file, it should be fine. Some game tips site was recommending revert save data on one character. It causes issues on full achivement.

So you need to check other part of achivement or redo. If you remember at any point, save data got reverted or steam cloud sync was not functining. (ex. multiple computer used). Then you can narrow down areas.

It's annoying, but it may still worth. SC6 full achievement is achievale (compared from other fighting games). And still very rare.

Should I do the bad (red) ending that I did my good (blue) ending with? Or should I clear data from the cloud and start all the achievements of Libra of soul with a single character?

By the way, I don't understand what you mean by reverting or restoring the data

Don't go back to old data from local back up or cloud. Just proceed from current save data.
(It's good to have local back up in any case though.)

Wrong info from some site are like this. (Don't do that)
1) Save data before bad (red) ending
2) Do bad (red) ending
3) Revert save data from 1)
4) Do good (blue) ending
It may get both ending achivement faster, but not qualify for full achivement.

Basically you may need to do all achivement except you can verify from your save data.

If you have 100+ weapons, then you don't need to do again.
