Anybody know how to make mixed color in your hair, by that i mean like groh who as black color hair with a little bit of blue in it and during is awekening hes withe haired with a little bit of red.

As far as I'm aware you need to use a hair that already has 2 colors in it like Groh or Tira's in order to have highlights, if you're talking about the SC color change mechanic specifically that only applies to that one hairstyle of Groh's and I'm pretty sure you can't change the color of the glow from red.

it was more in the global way i was meaning it not especially groh and since im making girl character anyway i dont have groh hair style

In that case I think the only female hair styles that support multiple colors are Tira's. As far as I'm aware there's no way to manually add highlights to hair unless it's already built into the style.
