On top of that Tekken 7 has a very barebones Singeplayer, while Soul Calibur 6 easily has more to offer with several "Story Modes" for both existing and your own created character. Tekken 7 has its focus clearly on Ranked Multiplayer (which can become a frustrating grind very quickly) and Tournaments.
Soul Calibur is the more casual fighting game experience, but dont let "casual" fool you. Its still extremely complex and deep. The learning curve is just not as crazy in Tekken.
@Game->Killah!! yes Mortal Kombat is much better than other fighting games for me.
I have a good experience with Tekken 7 but nothing beat Soul Calibur for me, to be honnest in Tekken before i stopped i mostly played Noctis because it was the closest to a Soul Calibur character experience in my opinion.
Come join the Soul Calibur team, and at least it don't have ridiculously OP characters like Paul and King.
Well, it's the only tactic noobs know about... and it works like a charm... when you're playing against noobs :P
If you think Mortal Kombat is deep and Soulcalibur or Tekken isn't then you're playing fighting games wrong. Watch some evo footage, there's a reason Tekken draws a bigger crowd than MK or Injustice.
However, the game is 3-D and, in this sense, quite divergent from NRS titles -- something that those who know only the latter brand of game, might find disconcerting...
What he said!
SC6 is a new game, it will be much more friendly for beginers. And you will have a good offline more (story mode) that T7 has not.
