Need help figuring out Setsuka
I tried to look in the museum battle notes, went through the movelist and even googled it, but outside of one single move being slightly different I can find no explanation as to what Satsuka's "Three Visions" actually do and how to reliably build themup other than using a soul charge/critical edge. Can someone explain the mechanic to me or direct me where I can read more about it?

You build them up with:
Blue flower- Landing attacks
Pink flower- Landing counterhits
Moon- Whiffpunishes

I don't play her so im probably forgetting something but they give you:
Blue Flower- 8B+K stance B becomes a break attack (Nothing major), One of B+K extentions are stronger (I Think?)
Pink Flower- Your 623B becomes enchanced (The buff is negligable but the move is really good so thats rather valuable) , One of B+K extentions are stronger (Quite a great Combo option in a few cases mostly thanks to the metergain)
Moon- 44B+K has increased Range, Damage, and knocks down on Hit, possibly also tracks better but not sure (This is actually quite huge since the move is an excellent punishment tool and with the increased range it becomes great at keepaway and catching movement)

All- When you get them all your SA becomes a LH (This makes for an absurdly strong i16 whiffpunish when you combine it with the empowered pink flower B+K extension that you obviously have)

Flowers seem meh, but you'll get them allong the way, the important one is moon due to how strong 44B+K becomes, Getting all the stacks isn't hard and lets you blow people up with meter like noone else really so thats where the mechanic is quite significant

It's written in Combat Lessons of Setsuka. Style Lesson: Adept, starting from Three Visions.
Also, some things regarding it are written in Critical Edge section and Soul Charging Section (Rushing Water).

What do those numbers stand for? What is a 623B?

It so called Numpad notations to explain directional inputs in fighting games:
789
456
123
Also, there is used arcade notations for SoulCalibur:
A - Horizontal Attack
B - Vertical Attack
K - Kick
So, 623B means foward, down, down-forward, vertical attack.
8B+K means up, vertical attack + kick.
44B+K means back, back, vertical attack + kick.
It's pretty useful especially after you recall moves such as Ivy's 3746916A+G
