why doesnt deluxe include all dlc?
just got this, and noticed I have half the dlc, considering refunding

dont advertise the deluxe edition and then not include everything forever..

they advertise the deluxe edition so you'll know what it actually contains..

Deluxe edition has been standard + season 1 package and never get updated.
I agree that Steam Store page is confusing or just lack of info.

Tira was season 1 bonus.

The deluxe edition existed at launch, and contained then-future content. They added more content since then, some of which hasn't even been released yet.

While I understand your confusion, your position is not exactly reasonable. Paying one price and getting everything free forever would effectively halt development of all content, since there wouldn't be anything in it for the devs.

actually there is no 'read more' and even if there was the details of what is included in the package should not be made difficult to find intentionally unless you're providing bad service on purpose

Deluxe Edition was availible day one which was effectively the base game and a pre-order for Season 1 that obviously was not ready at the time and took almost a year to complete.
Season 2 was not even close to being greenlit at the time Deluxe Edition went on sale, it only exists because of good sales and good will among the players, potentially there could have been no Season 2 at all if things went the other way.

If you want to complain about something complain to valve using a blue font "Read more" on a blue background across "all of steam store".

doesn't change the fact that no clicking anything should be necessary for full disclosure

none of that matters, the highest priced and definitive version of the game being sold should include all the content and shouldn't hold content from you as released

it's just good customer service and the customer is always right, ie me

If you have refunded, probably it does not matter any more.

As far as I know in there is Deluxe Edition 2019 version (standard + Season Pass 1 and 2) only in Japan for PS and XBox.
I got PS one.

So I thought it is confusing, because it confused me too.

But this is used in business for how important customer.

Customer who is calling "I'm god as a customer" is not appreciated in any place as just common sense.

The issue is that you rushed to buy something without first checking what you're getting.

The information for the Deluxe Edition is displayed on the store page in the exact same way that it is displayed for every other game's "deluxe" or whatever editions they have.

You scroll down, find the section for the digital deluxe edition, click "read more" and there it says what's included.

Perhaps you just weren't aware of this so you made an assumption. That's alright, you refund the game and the problem is solved. Now you know better, and you may apply this wisdom on any future purchases that you make.
