What if his Japanese and English voice actor were the same guy?! I mean, totally probably not, but that would so be kind of awesome.

Now it could be him, or it couldn't be him. I'm not 100% certain, because as I've heard from Scott McNeil (whose voice credit list is....legendary), "When I get a role I take some time and make up a few different voices and then present them to the directors and we go with what they like best". So Edward Bosco MIGHT be doing it and just presenting a completely "out of his normal" voice, or it could be someone else. Though since Wendee Lee is doing Xianghua and also did Faye Valentine (which sounds much closer to her "normal" register and pitch) it could very well be Edward Bosco.
