At least for normal people. If youre not some no life thats playing SC6 24/7 then there is nothing for you here because they are all thats left. Wanna do few matches after work to relax? You will have a bad time because only thing you will get are tryhards with 30k+ RP that never leave their basement. Matchmaking always was bad here but now it doesnt exist. Im not even surprised, 300 players world wide means you get like 10 people in youre region to play with

but yes only rank C online this is why new players dont come and why casual player like us cant evolve the hith rank are sleeping in this gamei try with a B rank ( fr ) like me week end ok saw him 10 times for 1 game hour i re try thurday i wasnt working this day and at 2 pm day of work he was here play with him 6 time ans he has 25 victory before me serious go working...

What makes any fighting games unplayable online are potato PC, wifi and high ping connexion.

I agree that being able to beat an hard IA is recommanded before playing online.
But train vs IA is a bad advice. IA don't react like human, you will just get bad habits.
1) You need to like the game (pleaser)
2) You need to want to improve (motivation)
3) You need to analyse pro players : watch and analyse (theory)
4) Lab what you want to learn then try it in ranked (practice)
5) Play against better opponents than you (improve)

Well smart people saw that you had to pay for a previous character in the serie and 30$ season pass for 4 character wich mean 90$ for the full game, so just like DOA6 when people saw 60$ for base game and 90$ season pass smart people just said "Nope I'll avoid that cash grab" and decided to buy a better game or to support some small indie devs that are not greedy, you can buy skullgirls for 10$ wich is a good fighting game I've heard.

For you maybe, but some of us have a understanding through the main played character we started off best with.

My advice to you, is stop playing round-robin with the the cast; and pick some one to focus on so you can learn how to play in limited bursts.

I learned Maxi in full as in mastered in 100-200 hrs of total time so I could learn how my opponents function in defense and offence, and about 5-10 minutes of figuring the timing between stances all around for later use.
I learned Xang in 50 or so total hours since I was also learning Maxi

From there I can pick up Talim as a novice G4 10 hrs in, and counter B3 rank proficiently.

then Kilik.. etcetera.

My Method wont be the same as yours; I look for difficult and fun.
Lots of mechanics that are flexible in offence defense mind games and style, basically well rounded and not stiff in execution.

You can't just learn everyone in a short time unless: figuring Ukemi and stun wakeups; when to roll left or right when facing or downed; and when to roll out of the way of an attack in ukemi, tapping guard on hitting ground for evading oncoming combos, & holding guard to block after hitting ground & also after being stunned to counter the opponent.

The application of all five needed wakeups:
1 Waking from stun 3 directions
2 into a ukemi into a direction 2 directions
3 evading into a safe zone taping g or
4 into holding G to guard a vertical or mid horizontal attack; in standing\crouching guard.
4 taping guard on shoulder impact to walk if avoiding verticals, or duck high horizontals.
5 & then counter opponent.

You will have to dedicate time, and if you don't have time; then play the AI on "Very Hard" and unlock "Insane".

At the least Insane player VS is semi-decent enough to practice\train new characters with.

And if that's too easy then Play Insane mode on Arcade.

If you cant even beat Very Hard, you don't need to play online because your spacing and timing with combos are way too limited since the AI will use what you do, if spammed on insane which Online is waves beyond Insane level AI.

I get bored when playing the same character. Sorry but I dont have time to learn each one for 100h, and I dont want to. There are other games to play. I dont have to improve, I will gain nothing from it since im not pro SC6 player and never will participate in any tournament. Im perfectly fine being average or even complete ♥♥♥♥ at the game. Just let me fight other ♥♥♥♥ players
