If you want more just pay deluxe version but seasonpass say +100 customization part not equivalent to SCV.
Even now I can create a lot of crazy character customization such as Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mario, Luigi, Loki, German Empire, Russia, Prussia, Mein Fuehrer, Uncle Stalin, Trump, Micky mouse, and so on.
Really nice customization!
You can modify any existing character or create a new one from scratch, with a new character you can choose your race (human, lizardman, skeleton, angel, demon, automaton, living statue, etc.) and your gender, you can also modify different body parts to make them average/muscular/fat, boob slider included, you can also modify how tall your character is. You can choose different hairstyles, most races allow you to choose a face from a list of pre-made faces. There is a voice selector with different voice modifiers. You can create costumes from a large variety of parts from different categories (underwear, socks, hats, masks, shirts, pants skirts, belts, shoulder pads, arm accessories and so on), you can mix and match different parts in different categories together. You can recolor everything from your character's eyes to buttons on their coat to their weapon's air trails, you can also apply different texture patterns and tattoos/stickers on pretty much anything.
The only thing people currently complain about is that there are not too much clothing items to choose from in each item category, which is underwhelming, but it also is not a fundamental flaw, since more items can and will be added with future DLCs.
Complaints come in because previous games had more variety, but if they keep adding parts, SC6 could have the best character customization out there.
I want to say they ultimately tripled the amount of CAS content in SCV from launch to when dev support ended in 2016, mostly thru the free items granted in the 'compatability' packs that allowed people that didn't purchase any DLC to see content made with DLC.
There was also a fair amount of random free content handed out as well as neat TEKKEN (and maybe some iDOLM@STER stuff too iirc?) crossover stuff.
2B came with more than just 2B and Neir items, she also came with the halter top bikini, officer's uniform, and school swimsuit, which iirc was given to everybody. Sad as this game's state is compared to other fighters, it's still pretty young, and still has the opportunity to turn around like For Honor and TEKKEN did.
IIRC For Honor sat at 1000-1500 players for like 6 months and now sits at an average 7000. It took a couple years and some TLC from the devs though.
I have faith Project Soul will put forward the TLC needed to keep this game going, and ultimately give us the content we so desperately crave. Ultimately it's up to Bamco though...
