Azwel has the sword/axe/shield and spear stance.
Sophita has her angel step, if that counts.
Taki has that stance which I dont remember the name.
Mitsurugi also has a especial stance.
Ivy also has a stance.
I haven't played the others that much, but the characters either have a unique mechanic or they have some unique fighting style.
Tira has here 2 personaties gimmick. Her personalties are Jolly and Gloomy. She almost randomly switches between them. Each personalty has different moveset. Jolly is designed around mix ups, Gloomy is designed around damage.
Kilik lose his own health in Soul Charge. But he has a second Critical Edge, that is avalaible only in Soul Charge, it's completely free and stops Soul Charge. So his tactics go to Soul Chrage, do some moves, do this Critical Edge or you kill yourself.
Zasalamel has curse mechanic and some spells such as Time Stop. Effectiveness of Time Stop depends on how much cursed an opponent.
Geralt can cast different signs.
Etc.
Ivy, IMHO, has gimmick in SCVI. She just fights with strange and unrealistic weapon. But she had a gimmick in SCII, SCIII, SCIV. I like that she returned to her SCI concept.
Anyway. If you interested, go to combat lessons section in the museum and training. Every gimmick is explained.
Tira has 2 personalities that change her move set.
Voldo can fight backwards.
Azwel has his move list change for his last move.
Nightmare his revenge mechanic.
Siegfried has dark legacy.
Yoshimitsu drains your meter, I forget if he's the only one that does that.
Zas can slow down time mid combo, depending on how many stacks he has on you.
Astaroth has a unique CE in the sense that you can't it after its been used and it's unblockable.
Geralt has magic that he can use at the expense of his meter.
I can't think of anything else.
Voldo has no pasive mhanick but he is the only character that can fight whit his back turned and block while his back is turned wo having to turn round.
Astaroth is the only character that can do gabs as part of his true combos.
A lot of characters have several stances such as Mitsurugi or Sigfried Raphael or Taki and her Cursed ninja dager stance (Yea sigfried has dark legacy but its bealy a mehanick and more like a one time use move).
Talim has long combo chains that no other character can imitate and can cancel reversal edge in to a stance or jump oh yea she is also one of like 4 characters that have special jumps.
Kilik has a guard impact stance and can canel his Unblockable in to repostioning vaults.
And he has a unique Soul mode.
Maxi has several stances proably more than any other character in the game but all of them only last for half a second after evry move and he can cicle betwen them.
Also he has a hiden mehanick whare if you land one atack from evry one of his 7 stances he gets an auto confirm on oen of his more damaging atacks.
Cervantes has his telportation and his "Psyho crushers" and he is the only character in the game that has a gun which gives him a full screan unblockable.
Some characters have even more than one mehanick Like nightmare and his Guard impact like moves that gives him soul charge and stances like sigfried only not as good as sigfrieds.
Or yoshimitsu who also has stances on top of ex moves and the abilty to steel metter.
Zasalamel has cursses that let hoim stop time to extend combos.
Etc.
Sophita has a comand dash and can cancel her comand dash in to another diferent comand dash.
Mitsurgi has stances he can stay in after he does moves from them most character leve the stance after a single move or after some time passes.
Mitsurgi culd if he wanted fight the enire fight in his stances althou its not recomended.
Characters in SC may not all have pasives but they do all have unqiue stuff no one else can do.
Only thing that is shared among a lot of the cast are stances.
More than half of the cast has stances.
Mistsurgi has 2 permanent stances that last mroe than one move.
Cervantes can telport has SF stile Psycho crusher move and has full screen fast unblockable and he also has Wall moves so he gets a bigger movset on walled stages.
