He’s not that far off....it’s learning how to really use her that’s the hard part. If you know how she’s super devastating . I was never good enough to play ivy
if play other characters i notice that most of the characters are faster then most of Mitsurugi's move set , dmg inst good for sow slow he is , not even his reach save him , most of his moves are unsave , there almost none mix ups thats track opponent movement, very weak against sidestep ( ate least this is one one my complainments) , at least this is what i remenber .

I literally made a guide on everyone's fast moves. TL;DR though mitsu's fast moves are AA, 2A, 2B.
