how do i unlock extra character customization items?

I have the season pass but do i havve to complete something to unlock certain items?Reason i ask is i tryed to download someones custom character and it said i did not have certain peices unlocked.

You use soul points to buy certain items in character creation. Soul points can be obtained by competing in libra of souls/network battles/ character stories

I knkow but im sure i have eerything unlocked now was curious if there was ones you had to unlock before you could buy mabey? cheers

Season Pass Armor DLC isnt released yet.Season pass dlcs will be released in this order;

2B character
Armor Pack 1
Character DLC
Armor Pack 2
Character DLC

So only armors you can unlock are the ones you unlock with soul points.There isnt anything else for now.
